Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a Guest Relations rock star to make our patients feel welcome. Guest Relations responsibilities include greeting clients as they arrive, coordinating their check-ins and check-outs, managing a multi-line phone system, and helping the practice to run smoothly. You will offer stellar customer service. Our ideal candidates have a flair for communication, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner. Ultimately, you will be part of the team that manages guest services and our spa’s image by answering requests and making sure patient satisfaction is achieved.

Responsibilities

· Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients

· Manage the reception and retail area

· Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival

· Monitor daily bookings in the software system

· Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions

· Promptly address patients’ requests,

· Actively listen to and resolve requests

· Coordinate and manage communication between guests and the team

· Promote medspa services

· Answer the phone and make reservations

· Establish friendly relationships with our clients

· Assist the providers by helping with photos, and rooming patients

Skills

· Proven work experience in Guest Relations or similar role

· Outstanding communication and active listening skills

· Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

· Ability to work flexible hours

· Strong sense of responsibility and a professional image
